Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to external factors such as customs clearance and carrier delays.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Customs & Duties (For New Zealand Customers)

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We hope you love your matcha, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at lematcha.co@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. This fee will either be deducted from your refund or must be prepaid when shipping the item(s) back.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lematcha.co@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
